Dragon Age 4 loses another developer

There were few words about the highly anticipated game. We know that this is in preparation for about 2018, and we know there has been a concept work. We also know that Bioware does not go into multiplayer with Dragon Age 4 either. Still there's a little bad news on the Dragon Age side: one of the developers decided to leave the project and Bioware.

And that could make the fans nervous because it is one of the directors. The senior creative director, Matt Goldman, actually. It's a bit of a hard blow, because Goldman was at the origin of many Dragon Age games, including Dragon AGE II, and Dragon Age: Inquisition, as well as some LCS.

The reason Goldman left BioWare was not clearly explained. But according to Gary McKay, the general manager of the studio, in an e-mail of the staff, the separation was a mutual decision. According to the e-mail, we understand that the departure of Matt has an impact on you, as well as on the development of the game. Be assured of our commitment to a quality Dragon Age game did not give up, and we have We will not send a game that does not comply with BioWare standards.

Dragon Age 4 Loses Its Second Creative Director Amidst Troubled Development For Bioware & EA EA also confirmed Goldman's departure from the studio, a representative making the following statement: Matt Goldman no longer works at BioWare. He leaves the next Dragon Age the game between excellent hands, with the team here at the studio that will advance our vision of the game.

But we do not know who would be his replacement or the exact reasoning for which Goldman has decided to leave in the first place. He has been at the studio since 2017; Maybe Goldman needed a change of rhythm. Maybe Bioware and Goldman had creative differences. Yet we do not know what it means for the future of Dragon Age 4, or the delay that it can lead. After all, it's the third big loss for BioWare. Last year, Casey Hudson and Mark Darragh left the company.

With Goldman Party, we can only hope that Dragon Age 4 is in good hands.
