Amazon launches Game Studio in Montreal

Amazon, in an imp arable momentum of optimism, has opened a brand-new game development studio in Montreal. The studio makes its debut with several key members of the Rainbow Six Stage Development Team, including Alexandre Remy, Romain Ricoh and Xavier Marquis. Montreal will be the fourth Amazon studio starting operations in North America.

The studio has apparently already an AAA title in preparation! It's a great news because the Amazon Games Department could really use a victory. Normally allergic to any failure, Amazon had a small hiccup or two. Nova, Breakaway, Intensity and Crucible have all been canceled before reaching the full exit. One of them was launched, was returned to closed beta, then canceled!
